It was Engr. Carlos N. Santos Jr. who followed the steps of his late father, Mr. Carlos Santos Sr., to be the President of Sacred Heart Academy of Santa Maria (Bulacan) Inc.
His unique leadership, incorporated with his aim for discipline, perseverance, and humility, brought meaningful engagements to academic excellence and community services, which became the trademark of Sacred Heart Academy.
For more than 5 decades, Sacred Heart Academy remains a top choice among others because of its great and effective leader behind it.

Mrs. Concordia S. Mendoza functions as the Vice President for Finance and Board Treasurer of Sacred Heart Academy of Santa Maria (Bulacan), Inc.
Kind and motivated, she signifies the importance of being a “mother” to faculty and staff and encourages the idea of commitment to personal growth as they develop life-changing experiences inside Sacred Heart Academy.
Through her profound experience in her field of expertise, she successfully led the School in its financial aspect, defining high-quality education at an affordable price.

Ms. Sarah Kaitlyn M. Martinez, acting as the Head of Budget and Purchasing Office, follows the trail of the School’s core values incorporated in her works in the Finance department.
Her personal style of leadership is defined by working hand in hand in monitoring the School’s financial aspect and offering monetary help for the whole Institution.
She is also respected and loved for her means to listen and assist the employees on their school needs.

Being the Director of the Sacred Heart Academy of Santa Maria (Bulacan) Inc., Mrs. Paulita Z. Estrella has helped the School hurdle all obstacles encountered throughout the years.
Her dedication and passion for education made her witness almost all of the historic events of Sacred Heart Academy.

Mrs. Stepfanie Ellen S. Sevilla is the current Vice President for Administration who also serves as the Board Secretary of Sacred Heart Academy of Santa Maria (Bulacan) Inc.
Unlike any other management, her leadership by means of caring for and encouraging the faculty and staff to strive for integrity and excellence became a space for greater improvements, reflecting on the School’s performances throughout the years.
Her leadership emphasizes love and respect, aligned with the mission and vision of Sacred Heart Academy.
