Manual Enrollment | Follow these steps:
- STEP 1: Inquiry
If with old balance: Proceed to Cashier’s Window #1 and pay old balance first before enrollment.
If without old balance: Proceed to the ENROLLMENT LANE.
- STEP 2: Verification
Submit required documents for checking and evaluation at the Verification Area.
- STEP 3: Registration
Fill-out the following:
Registration/Enrollment Form
Data Privacy Consent Form
- STEP 4: Assessment and Billing
Submit Enrollment Form for Assessment of Fees at the Assessment and Billing Area.
- STEP 5: Payment
Pay Required Fees and submit Enrollment Form at the Cashier’s Office.
Secure Student's Copy of Enrollment Form and Official Receipt.
